WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the return process and help resolve the issue.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you place your order before 3pm PST, it will be shipped out the same day.

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES?

We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days delivery). For urgent orders, we offer USPS Priority Mail Express Next Day for a flat fee of $25.00. Please keep in mind that orders received after 3pm PST will be shipped out the following business day.

DO WE SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES?

Customs and taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
